[OBSOLETE] Merges That Actually Work

Description
Update: Keen fixed this issue, so this mod is no longer necessary. It will be moved to private by next week. :)

This mod adds back the small grid merge mount point that Keen removed. This should allow you to directly build merges on one another (which was broken before).

Hopefully this mod will not be needed for long.

This mod is brought to you by "Lens Flare That Noone Asked For"

The fix in "CubeBlocks.sbc" for those interested:

PS: Thanks to Digi for showing how to find the mount points

Please dont make it private let the legend live on that Whiplash141 made a fix before keen.

Took them around 30 days. I have seen far worse from Microsoft.

Attention: Keen has finally patched this into the base game! That means that this mod is no-longer needed :)

Belive it or not, keen just broke thruster damage... completly... Test it for yourself if you don't belive me and if it does work well, I guess my game is broke.

Keen seems to like to break things that are important and then not fix them until the next major update. Like when landing gear was broken an update or two ago.

Sound like the latest update is missing a few things betwene the stable and dev patches from before.

No. They don't merge anything. They literally just fixed this 2 updates ago. Then they broke it again.

Can't you do something with their github source code like some other modders have done in the past? Not sure how that works though
