3 is the maximum level currently. Anything you gain after that is just a buffer for you to do naughty things to the forest and still stay maxed.

It's possible I messed up the code for Kan-e's auto-denounce to make every civ do it. (The auto-denounce occurs -- or is supposed to occur, anyway -- when she is AI controlled and a player chops 3 or more forests in the Twelveswood.
So... Is there a level after 3? Because I deliberately set up a situation wherein I'd have the entirety of the Twelveswood radius covered in trees just to check what the bonuses were, and while the level changed, it didn't actually do anything and I kept accumulating harmony on the same tally long since completed.

Also for some reason Washington was denounced by everyone at once. I couldn't see it, but I know he chopped a couple of forests.

Also timetables are for dorks. And actual work you get paid for.

I'm eventually going to pack together all the Neptunia civs + the core files as one mod and upload it with various bugfixes/changes to uniques. When that will be, I can't say. I rarely give timetables for that anymore since I only like working on mods when the mood strikes me.

No more Fate civs are coming, but I will probably do the same thing with them -- pack them all into one mod with some fixes.

And yes, you definitely want to avoid chopping forests whenever possible as Gridania. They're too valuable, and you get punished for doing it.

Ten civs is more than enough. Honestly in your place I would've gone for 7 or just the original 4.

I'm mostly talking about the governor system you had going on with the maker characters, really. That looked hella cool.

And yeah, I know the feeling. But I do have to say... dood, 'major updates' from your civs tend to be what other modders would consider 'a completely new mod' anyway.

On a less important note I've discovered I am AWFUL at playing with this civ, because my instinct is to chop forests to hurry along wonders, and that's not exactly helping me right now.

Also, I know I'm probably being annoying now, but I pretty much have to ask: Any plans on ever touching back on the Fate-series civs? Especially since the mobile game has expanded a lot on those characters.

I'm gonna get around to updating them sometime soon. Motivation is the big factor here; it's a lot less satisfying to do a big update to an existing civ than to make a new one.

Unless you mean me making new Civs, in which case...ten civs is enough, eh?
