Once upon a time, a long, long time ago, there was a traveller...

Our protagonist, a mysterious traveller, wanders the far-off land of Desservir searching for patrons to buy their wares.
Upon hearing about a large annual market in the village of Castella, the traveller decides to set up a stall and try their luck.
Life, however, is not so easy.
After being double-crossed by a goblin and left in the middle of the cold, wet moors to die, the traveller almost gives up hope.
That is, until they stumble upon a mysterious church in the middle of nowhere, and meet the two nuns who attend to it.
What are these two nuns doing on their own, and why is there such a melancholy atmosphere in the air?
The traveller has only one windswept night to uncover these mysteries and learn the truth.

This is a relatively short visual novel (around 40k).
It was made for the 2016 YuriJam in one month, and features yuri (GxG) relationships.

Why me? I just was saying that people complaining about lack of gameplay in a Visual Novel is silly.
And is a game. A kinect novel isn't a game. If you make choices is like a gamebook, hence is a game.

Showing gameplay footage for a visual novel isn't that important, unless you have something special to show, like minigames or an impressive technical feature, like FMV ala School Days or something like that.
Knowing the theme, characters, story is usually enough.

I played the version of this VN, and it's so, so wonderful. The writing is beautiful, the art is gorgeous, and I love the way it plays with normal VN mechanics. It's obvious that a lot of work went into making this. And I cried, ngl.

@FerrousBueller There's some minor animations, but nothing to write home about. (OELVNs in general don't have the budget for that stuff, lol.) It does have branching paths; the story is written in such a way that you need to read through it multiple times in order to get the full story. There's not much else I can say about it without spoiling the format.
