Description
This is my first attempt at a Skyrim mod so please bare with me with any errors found.

Installation: Hit the subscribe button, load up Skyrim to the launcher screen, wait for the mod to download message in the lower right corner and it will give you a "Finished synchronizing subscribed mods!" message. Click on data files and make sure the mod has a check in the box and press play.

This is a house mod that I have borrowed several general ideas from. Mainly the Collector's Vault for the loads of gear storage (I have collection issues) and the Grey Ledge Manor (I love the utility of it). So thank you Wreznor and FingersKFF for the inspiration.

The house is just northwest of Whiterun and has a fast travel marker. The main house has a decient amount of storage and a full crafting setup. The house has a good flow to it and should also give more of a home feeling to those who like living in a house vs a room of armor/swords. It is a little spartian for now but I will make sure to decorate more in future updates. The Vault of the house is its own interior zone with a large library and plenty of mannequins and weapon plaques (over 50 of each).

I hope you enjoy the house and feel free to ask any requests for future updates. Please make sure you rate my mod.

Update 1.1:

-Corrected bookshelf issue. Everything should stay on the shelves.
-Added a stable on the side near the kitchen per PM request.
-Added a mannequin on the main floor for your favorite armor.
-Replaced one of the book shelves in the master bedroom with a book case container for mass storage.

Update 1.2:

-Corrected bookshelf orientation issue.
-Added wood chopping block.
-Fixed door orientation. (some doors open the incorrect way)
-Added two weapon racks in master bedroom for favorite weapons.
-Added barrel in master bedroom for arrows.

Update 1.3:

-Corrected southern most mannequin.
-Removed extra double weapon plaque in first room on left.
-Corrected visable seam in south east mannequin aclove.
-Corrected fire pits in the Vault.
-Corrected glitch into floor when leaving vault.
-Completely new stables, with space for two horses.
-Completely new foundation.
-Added fences to crafting area, and future outside dining area.

Update 1.4:
-Corrected shelves in kitchen.
-Corrected followers walking into walls as if they did not exist if you move too fast through the house.
-Corrected followers glitch into the foundation when leaving the house.
-Completed the pool in alchemy/enchanting area.
-Added a small farming area behind kitchen, will have several rows of vegetables and a chicken coop.
-Added outside dining area.

Update 1.5:
-Added display areas on inner ring of bookshelves in Vault.
-Added more color/decor to house.
-Removed weeds growning in garden, through the floor of the house and stables.
-Corrected horse falling through stable floor.
-Corrected book floating issue and unlimited bookshelf compatibilty, but created an issue where you cannot take individual items off the shelf unless going through the shelf trigger, but Items cannot fall off shelves. The only way to correct this issue is to allow things to fall off of shelves. Not worth the hassle of picking things up every accidental Unrelenting Force.

Update 1.6:
-Corrected more landscaping issues.
-Updated fountian/well.
-Updated inside crafting area, new look, more containers. Everything safe.

Known issues:

-Imperial messenger randomly spawns in middle of outside crafting area on occasion. (Have no clue how to correct this, there is no spawn triggers or quest triggers near the house. Best guess is this is an outside thing, and I would have to somehow set up a "no-spawn" box around the house.
-Hired Thugs can spawn and attack you in your home (along the lines of the imperial messenger). I am guessing assassins and what not are also applicable. Dont know how to fix it, but kind of like the concept of assassins and hired thugs attacking you in your home. Why would assassins and thugs wait until you are out in the open to attack you?
-Rain falls through the roof of the main house. (Did some research, guess this is a creation kit issue, not a modder one. If things change I will correct this.)

Finally a home with nobody in it but me. I love it. There are no servants, no merchants, no guards, no followers and no bards. Thank all that is holy. A superb mod in my opinion. Plenty of storage, plenty of mannequins, and the library!! The library is just grand!!

Is it possible, to use a spot in the armory for the masks, the black books, the dragon claws, the elder scrolls, etc. Is it also possible to have a plantable garden plot for I love growing my own alchemy plants.

You have a great mod here that I just discovered. I hope you will take my suggestions into consideration. Thank you very much for all the time and effort you put into making this wonderful estate.

@slwalk - Unfortunately I did not, but it is on the map just outside of Whiterun, No need to unlock, you can fast travel to it as soon as you are allowed to fast travel after the tutorial, or right after installation. To the north west I think.

@xX | L2D | Xx - Yes it does. One of the biggest issues that people have with this house now, is that you can just go there and have it and it has everything you need. I have no plans on changing this mod, but my next mod, I am looking to have a quest to unlock and upgrade etc.

Does the house come already furnished?

Its all good mate, I found some estate thing that does alright now, I have noticed that every house mod almost gets it right, but that because everyone is different lol...I just sit and wish I could mod sometimes

@mothhop - Sorry to hear that. I tried my best to make it simple enough on the outside that lag issues would be minimum, but even I get initial lag jumps when loading into the house if i have it packed with things. Unfortunately i had to wipe my computer down so if i did make a new version i would have to go from scratch. When i make my next house mod i will keep the FPS toll in mind. I learned a lot from this project, and in hindsight, i know there were some pretty sketchy things i did that look alright from the players view, but odds are they tax the system behind the scenes.
