Hi, sorry for the delay answer.
I've fixed the level and passed it two times, try to pass it now :)

Tried again - there's no way up the no-portal staircase.

Was really enjoying this one up until the part with the laser and turret. Right after that you've got this staircase-like hallway with no portal surfaces anywhere at all, and I just can't see any way to get past it. I'm tired though, so maybe I'll give it another go later and see something I was missing.
