[DarkRP] OOC/Advert/Ano Revamped

Hi, i decided to create an addon to revamp the ooc, the advert (that was replaced by billboards in darkrp 2.7.*) and to add the ano (anonymous) to create a better roleplay experience and the get back the old and good advert, you can disable the ooc, the advert or the ano by using the following console command below (require superadmin power)

Currently included command:

/ooc
Send a global message

//
Send a global message

/advert
Send an advert

/adv
Send an advert

/anonymous
Send an anonymous message

/ano
Send an anonymous message

** CONSOLE COMMAND **

disable_ooc = disable the /ooc command and the // command (disable the addon, not the original from gmod)
enable_ooc = enable the /ooc command and the // command from this script

disable_advert = disable the /advert and the /adv command of this script
enable_advert = enable the /advert and the /adv command of this script

disable_ano = disable the /ano and the /anonymous command of this script
enable_ano = enable the /ano and the /anonymous command of this script

All those commands require the superadmin rank !

** UPDATE **

After a lot of time being lazy about my workshop script, even tho i learnt a lot during this time, i decided to completely rewrite the script. It was poorly done and i decided to rewrite it (about 80% of it) and i made it as a argument based system, this way there is no chance of bug with weird syntax etc... i also added the way to disable/enable part of the script directly in game because it was such a pain to download the script, extract it, change the config, reupload it etc... so i tried to make it easier for everyone, i hope you will all like this update and there shouldn't be any bug PS. This new update have a way better optimization even tho its a simple addon !
