command examples:

addbot 3
-add 3 auto team assign bots

addbots 1 2
-add 1 alien player bot

addbot 1 1 com
-add 1 marine commander bot

maxbots 4
-add 1 com + 3 player bots for both teams

removebot 1 2
-remove 1 alien bot

Differences from the original version:

10. Bit floating bots think rate for server loading balance
9. Marines buy weapons in pre-game
8. Aliens use evolution in pre-fame
7. Sighted Marines in pre-game (fixed stupid blindness)
6. Improved Lerk flap behavior
5. Improved Lerk flying
4. (temporary removed) Added Gorge ability
3. (temporary removed) Added basic Gorge heal spray logic
2. Skulk can use Parasite and Leap
1. Fixed slow retreat for Lerk and Fade

I would go for git, but the best way to work (without conflict) would be to each take a part of the work (so it could remain two compatible mods, preventing issues when a part of the code has a bug that needs to be fix and the owner is not available). I am on the alien side (excluding com bot) if this is okay for you. On last thing, can you fully use the entry system to prevent conflicts ? (using filehook in "replace" or "post" for each modified file).

@Sepulka, I am working on bots too, any way we could work together ? At the moment I am strongly focusing on the AI of alien lifeforms and will get a v1 ready in a few days so we can share our improvement. (leaving commanders and marines AI). Those lifeforms won't need to be micro managed by the commander but pheromones are still possible if needed.

Waypoint functionality not present.

Do you have waypoint features? like bind mouse3 +addwaypoint +removewaypoint +vent +ladder+ +jump + crouch?

I found a bug that did not allow the Marines buy weapons.

Turns out the commander bot bug was actually stemmed from the drifter AI code (my bad, but how the hell is the drifter related?)
