C seems... impractical for a melee weapon. it's a glorified taser that would run out of batteries incredibly quickly. D, G, E, those seem more practical. Plus the grips would just by horrid for your hands just because the edges aren't quite rounded so it's fit in your hand properly. It's got grooves for the fingers obviously, which is awesome but a scenario like " fighting massive bug aliens " - you'd probably want an axe with a knuckle / finger guard so you didn't swing, axe is stuck in their carapace, fingers get caught by it's mandibles and no you can't wield your axe and you're leaking blood / air everywhere. Lotta stuff you gotta considering when trying to design melee weapons and also being all " It needs to be cool and practical. "
