How I Play AlphaMod
These are various mods, many which I made, that I use when I play AlphaMod in Stellaris.

Sometimes I find a mod by another author that stays activated long enough to get added to this list. However, I am fickle and self-centered, so don't feel slighted if a mod you made or one you like isn't currently listed.

The mods in this list are compatible with each other or I've included a compatibility patch so that they are.


Please don't p1mp other mods in the comments. I'll delete it. This is my collection. And before negging a bloody collection, how about you just don't use it? Just a thought.

An unofficial expansion for Stellaris.

v1.7.2 of Stellaris has been rolled back to 1.6.2 and 1.7.2 is now a beta opt-in again.
AlphaMod will remain at 1.7.2 BUT WILL WORK FINE with 1.6.2.

"at the exact same point everytime?" Yes? Read through some comments. This is a symptom of orphaned save-game data. Don't deactivate mods and expect a save to remain stable. It won't.

I mean my pc doesn't hang stelaris does. I can alt tab and end task just fine. I thought it was the amount of ships I had but I disbanded them and it still froze the game.

I love your mods! They've added a whole new layer and depth to the gameplay. One area I'm curious about and haven't seen much of however is "dirty" weapons, such as chemical and biological warfare. I don't know how to mod for this, but it would be awesome to develop biogenic weapons that could be deployed by "invading" a planet, then watching as pops/armies die so you can take it more easily. Vaccine and protectionary tech could nullify or dampen their effects if they're researched. Do you know if anyone has done anything like this?

I love you, man. Call me crazy but appears to me that Stellaris devs are actually taking ques from you. Every time you put out new features they pop up in the next update.
