I had not read Tewoody's comment, but it turns out I solved the same way, except I portal bumped across the glass wall. Google up 'portal bump" to know what I mean. Important to be aware of that glitch when building chambers.

You are welcome to visit my workshop. I'd suggest my easiest maps (The Cauldron, Insanity, Like a bird, and Deception)

It's okay, I just got the game so I'm haven't really checked out the other maps other people have made. I'm sure after I've seen a few I'll get some better ideas. TY for feedback.

It looks nice and you have some great idels and for that I gave it a thumbs up. But the chamber wasn't hard to do, I portaled across the goo, and using tractor beam to get over to the stairs once the cube was on the button. sorry.
