Description
adds a new spell tome to the bedroom of breezehome in witherun. it's a kind of shock magic that hurts your enemies with Shock, frost and flame damage for 3 seconds,
spell cost: 54
magnitude: 24

Version 2.0: I've added an enchanted nordhero bow in a chest in front of the door of breezehome in witherun.

a bow would be fine and if you can make the enchantment disenchantable so I can learn it and be able to enchant other weapons that would be great and thanks for responding so quick.
