Play Notes
There's a lot of mechanical combo material in this deck.

Mechanical synergy #1. You'll be able to give your opponent's combatants timed life via the death curse of your Necromancers, the on slain effect of your Avengers and the haunt passive ability of your Asmodeus. Having given opposing combatants timed live, your Time Shift spell can be played to reduce their timed life and thus slay them.

Mechanical synergy #2. If you're able to feed them enough combatants, your Devouring Dragons can become extremely powerful. If you're able to consistently feed them, you can keep them healed as well. But how do you produce an abundance of spare combatants? With your Asmodeuses being supported by the mana giving ability of your Sanctuary of Enlightenment their spawning will spiral out of control. For optimization be sure to devour the Asmodeuses with no mana. Also noteworthy is the effect of your Time Shifts to give one mana to all of your combatants.

Mechanical synergy #3. Using your Revenant you'll be able to put combatant corpses onto your grid. Using your Necromancer's Resurrect and your Dark Ritual spell card you can bring them into the the fight. Your Time Shifts can be used to extend their otherwise short life span. Devouring Dragons are a good target to make a corpse copy of, but so to can an Avenger or an Asmodeus before tier four.

Mechanical synergy #4. Both your Devouring Dragons and your Asmodeuses have an ability which slays, eats, one of your combatants. This is great because it allows you to directly the on death trigger ability of your Avengers. You'll be able to give all opposing combatants in a column timed life 2 which is part of the first described combo.

You'll be relying on your Imps and Revenants to keep you alive long enough to start producing your combo. Avengers will both take hits and discourage your opponent from attacking into the lane they are defending. In the late game, don't be afraid to put an Asmodeus in the front line.
