READ BEFORE USE

** To use this mod it is best to start a new character and check the mod glitch post on my profile page for mods that have been reported to conflict with this one **

A house mod built for Garrett the master thief and main character from the "THIEF" RPG trilogy. The key is found on a dead NPC as you exit Helgen Keep in the beginning of the game with a last will and testament and money for a horse.

This mod adds-
House, Mine of Ages, Vault, Garrett's Tomb, Path of Sithis, Lost DB Sanctuary

Portals to-
Thieves Guild, Winterhold, Nocturnals Den, Dawnstar and Falkreath DB Sanctuary

Armor/Clothing-
Garrett's Armor x4, DB Armor x4, Nightingale's Armor x4 (all unenchanted), Shield of Entry, Evergloam Scale (Shield)

Weapons-
Sithis' Claw (Dagger), Dragonbane II (Sword)

Mannequins-
Gear Display x3, Alchemist x1, Smithing x1, Enchanting x1

Display cases/Weapon plaques-
Lots and lots all illuminated

Extras- (all locked away and difficult to get to)
Thousands in gold and gems, all skill and spell books, all TG quest items, attunement sphere, all Stones of Barenziah, all the ore you would ever need

- Lots of Storage
- Hydroponic Garden
- Two large bookshelves
- Heated Pool for Dibella's Priestesses
- Smithing and Tanning Stations
- Enchanting and Alchemy Stations
- Thieves Guild Room
- Nightingale Room

Known Issues-
A couple of mannequins lose their specular map (don't light up) until an item is equipped to them.

i like this BUT i have a lighting clitch where as i walk things get super bight and also there seems to be no clue the the stone code in celler. the debela priesess are a nice touch but i would have liked some dialog with them. i may end up unistaling this as there are to many locked doors with no clue how to open them as far as I can see anyway shame as i really like this

To be honest I cant remember without running through it again, but I do remember making it VERY hard to do because of all of the end game items attained once you make it. Wish I had a better response for you, just so swamped in RL at the moment to reload and run it right now.

Sorry, I forgot to respond. I watched the video and it was helpful. what I didn't see is the level of sprint I need to reach the spell books from on top of the tomb. What level of sprint do I need? I cant seem to make it with level one sprint.

The door that has rubble blocking it in the sanctuary was for a possible expansion on this mod that never happened. I mean the bodies are piled so high behind that door that it will never open. Pick which ever reason you like better 8).

Is there a key for the big door in Sithis' Sanctuary? I only found the one for the dawnstar/falkreath gates.

Best way is to watch the video walkthrough if you get stuck or cant find something.
