I happen to agree with your position on portal bumping. It clearly exploits a defect in the game software, should not be used by players and therefore need not be taken into account when designing chambers.
If anyone is up for playing a chamber that is highly lethal (you WILL die, probably more than once), I have published a new map called "Oubliette" which has an escape theme.

Thanks, but I refuse to heed that advice unless it's a skill map. Portal bumping is an error that valve is supposed to fix, and I think EVERYONE that uses it knows that it is not intended. And if one does get off on solving things with portal bumping instead of the real way, then he should just go ahead and have fun with the map.
If you solve it with portal bumping then you either don't care or you know you didn't actually solve it.

Not very challenging, but a creative use of portals. I'll give you the same advice mechtakendall gave me, "watch out for portal bumping walls", the third jump (and probably others), can be skipped by portal bumping past the fizzler.

Thank you for testing. TwP 3 is particularly hard, so don't sweat it. The last jump does in fact involve flinging like you desribed. The other jumps COULD be solved like that if the ceiling wasn't black ;-)

this was the first test in the twp series that i could solve. but i'm not sure about the last jump: does the intended way involve flinging? it appears the other jumps could also have been achieved with flinging from ceiling to floor...

Very cool map! This was more than just running over gel..
The second jump kept me trying for a while..My favourite was the 3rd jump
