Hit your worst enemies in the most insulting way possible... with cheese!

Just adds a silly little spell that lets you shoot wheels of cheese out of your hands. Tome obtainable in the Pelagius wing near the Shoegorath warp area, next to some burnt books.

The cheese acts more like arrows as of now. I'll change it later on so it acts how you'd expect cheese to act. ^_^

UPDATE: I have just made the spell damage scale to your Cojuration level.
If you don't have the level 25 perk for conjuration, you do 15 damage.
If you have the level 25 perk for conjuration and no more, you do 30 damage.
If you have the level 50 perk for conjuration and no more, you do 60 damage.
If you have the level 75 perk for conjuration and no more, you do 120 damage.
If you have the level 100 perk for conjuration, you do 240 damage.

I'll scale it in a more balanced way later on. As well as that, it currently takes 40 base mana to cast it, but I plan on scaling that as well later to your perk level.
