Effects:
- Base manpower recieved from provinces increased from 250 to 1000 per base manpower development. This effectively increases your manpower by up to 4x the normal amount. Also affects manpower recovery speed.
- Land maintenance cost reduced by 20%.
- Base cost of ideas reduced from 400 to 300.
- Base cost of developing provinces reduced from 50 to 25. (Requires "Common Sense" DLC)
- Base cost of boosting stability decreased from 100 to 80
- Base cost of coring provinces decreased from 10 to 8 per development.
- Base cost of reducing inflation decreased from 75 to 60
- Capital provinces provide a larger discount to cost of province development: 10% of entire countries development rather than 5%. (Requires "Common Sense" DLC)




This mod is a combination of my mods: "More Manpower" and "Monarch Point Cost Reduction", which do not work in conjunction with each other, thus I have made this mod.
