Treebalance - Lockpicking Tree

The Lockpicking tree was formatted in a way that necessitated wasting perks all over to get to anything good. I've changed this. Now, you can spend a few points to get some benefit, or spend a bunch if you need them for the same power.
Also available on the Skyrim Nexus.

- The lock mastery perks were collapsed into a single perk that's just called Lock Mastery. Each rank makes all locks 40% easier to pick. Their skill requirement progression was also changed to 0/20/40/60/80.

- Other requirements were also dropped. Quick Hands fell to 20, Wax Key to 30, Golden Touch to 40, Treasure Hunter to 60, and Locksmith to 70.

Well this will make getting unbreakable so much easier. Won't have to waste as many perks that could go into my combat branches this way.

It does make them significantly easier to get, requiring lower skill and fewer perks spent. Their relative location in the tree is still the same, though.

I would only be interested in this mod if it made Treasure Hunter and Golden Touch lower in the tree. I hate having to spend as many points on lockpicking with my no-crafting characters just to get one of the most essential perks (treasure hunter) of a no-craft character. I'm just nit-picking though and I'm sure others can find this mod more helpful than myself :D

I like the challenge of picking locks, maybe you should make something apart from that, like better loot, not to be detected etc.
