Two tricky flings! I thought the first one was harder than the second one! Great work!

It can be a bit of a reflex pain but it is solvable and a decent test. I guess the first area served as training?

Very good puzzle. I like the final twist required to solve it. But judging from the comments, there's more than one way to solve the final part. Enjoyed it nevertheless.

Great puzzle, I love the mechanics. My only complaint is the size of the room and all the walking... 9/10

Hey guys, just finished making my very first Test Map, and would love some feedback.

I just read the last couple of comments. I must have played the last room in a different manner. It was no problem getting the cc to the exit door. Blue funnel. Then I used the faith plate to get height, two portals on floor and slung myself to exit door. Almost the same procedure done at the first.

My guess is that people who solved the map will praise it, and any complaints will come from people who didn't -- since, in their mind, the solution wasn't "fair."

I agree with Curilee: It feels more like exploiting the game engine than it does solving a puzzle.

The game already asks us to accept that Chell can somehow dive through a portal 100 feet away at 80 MPH without dropping her cube -- but at least that concession is done in the name of making the puzzles more fun, more playable.

The idea that she can not only do all that, but also snatch a cube off a horizontal surface right next to the portal hole feels like too much to accept.

Again, if I had thought to do it, that would mean that I found it within the realm of things worth trying, and I probably wouldn't be compalining.

Anyway, so what if I didn't love the level. Lots of other people had a good time with it. So, thanks for taking the time to create something that makes people happy.

I'm very generous with a thumbs-up rating but this one suffers logical problems. It is very well crafted and thought-out with the exception of the two in-game exploits needed to solve it. Room one was a fair stretch but room two should have allowed that cube to enter. I mean Cave Johnson discusses ventilation and "Don't crawl through there because it is NOT an escape..." why not integrate that into the solution? The way to solve room two IS challenging, but only because of a loop-hole in the programming construct.

How is one supposed to solve this ending?! I would have never found solution by myself.
