Troubleshooting
==========================================================================

In case of graphical corruption, try to uncheck 'Use GPU texture decode' in the video options of the game.

If the mod is not downloaded automatically even after unsubscribing/restarting the game, here's detailled instructions to reset the download and try again.

- first, check your game files integrity, instruction to do so are on Steam Support

- second try to 'reset' the download:

1/ unsubscribe to the mod
2/ close steam (not just the windows, the compete program, in doubt restart your computer)
3/ delete all the content of the civ5 cache folder (\My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\cache)
4/ go into your civ5 mods folder (\My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS) and delete any file or folder named like this mod.
5/ launch steam then civ5 and subscribe again from ingame.

Just downloaded this and tried a game. Random Civs. I was Siam and my neighbours are Ethiopia and Persia. Something seems amiss. Can someone help?

Great map - except for South America, which would make me think no one checked at all how the geography there is :P

It would be awesome if that was fixed: Argentina is mostly flat plains/grasslands, getting higher towards the west. The Andes should be against the Pacific, leaving little to no room for cities on that side of the mountains (as Chile).

Best regards! :)

Does anyone else have an issue where immediately after meeting any civilization, they denounce you on the very next turn?

Every civ hates me no matter who I start as... is this meant to be this way?

Is there any way to play these maps (and keep the TSL feature) without using the mod menu? I ask because loading through that menu disables achievements.

That is a good, must have mod, but I have a problem, whenever I launch giant, huge, large OR normal, I crush to desktop everytime :I What's up with that? I managed to avoid this by significantly lowering the default amount of starter civs ( like 22 to 16 civs and all the way to 16-20 CS) and it's the only way for me to play those for now. My rig is NOT that bad, sure I didn't update it since 2011, but all the parts werequite top notch back then.

On the giant Earth, I notice the map has no aluminium - any ideas why this might be? I've got satellites to see the whole map and all research to reveal all strategic resources, and while there are plenty of the other resources there is not a single tile of aluminium on the map. I'm playing with science victory disabled so this isn't gamebreaking, but it's very odd, especially as I am playing with the highest possible resource distribution. There are also one or two other tile types completely absent (sheep and spices, as far as I can tell) which is surprising, as the size of the map and the rich resource distribution means that every other resource has at least 20 instances present.

I can't activate religion in the game with the mod. Whenever I go into a game with the mod activated it just says 'RELIGION: OFF'. I tried going through the settings in the Custom Game menu and couldn't find it. Help?
