It's really big. I'm also making a set for this, so I'll upload a picture of the full set when that's done.

EDIT: Updated with a more detailed texture.
EDIT 2: Updated with an even more detailed texture, added depth to the straps around the handle, and removed the low quality blood spatter. I also added a comparison image of the Bloodlord Blade and Axe's default axe so that everyone could better see the scale compare the textures. Thanks for the feedback so far.

The model isn't too bad but thhe texture needs tons of work. But don't fret. First thing you'll want is to get a good AO Bake of your model. Google tutorials on how to do this with whatever software you are using.

Now use that AO Bake to help create your texture. Remember that you don't have to be perfectly realistic, but it still needs to be stylized enough. Add highlights and shadows, remember to use dodge/burn instead of just overlays of darks and grey to add depth and shadow to your texture.

If you can't get a good texture down, ask for someone to help you or read up on how to do basic digital art.

As for the model, you may want to tone down those spikes in order to save on the polycount budget. Try making them just a simple 4 sided pyramid.
