Protoborg, Long overdue response. First off, They DO make money off Portal 1 because Portal 1 still COSTS money so for those who don't have it (Sadly, that would be many, many people) it isn't free to have therefore when they buy it, Valve gets money. Secondly, Yeah, they do own both games, This doesn't effect much, If you played a map that FULLY replicates portal, Why buy the first game? Its right here inside the second one! -1 sale. Thirdly, They don't make money off that, they make money off the game itself which has that, I don't even understand your point here - this isn't even really an argument.
