On your video, the map is slightly different: there is a glass panel, which is not in the version I have. Why did you suppress it? Because I finished the room doing the wrong and tricky way (*), which is totally impossible in the youtube version.

(*)by lauching manually the cube as far as possibleat the begin of the funnel one millisecond before entering it, and then run and shoot the portal as quick as possible

A fancy throw where I am close to the redirect of the excursion funnel tossed toward the excursion funnel emitter before going through the portal and trying as quickly as possible to place the portal before the cube goes throughis how I solved it.
