Forgotten Empires Main Menu Theme (Normal Menu Version)

Description
This mod changes the music, not the background etc. and is fully compatible with non-main menu music changing mods.

I saw that there wasn't a Forgotten Empires Menu Theme mod, so I thought "why not make one?"
So here it is! Also this is the normal post-Age of Empires II theme menu sounds version.

In short this includes:
- Forgotten Empires Main Menu Theme
- Default in-menu ambient music
