Thanks for the feedback, I really need to update this level. Though I gotta finish my school first (one week left :P). I will play your levels then too.

Went back and solved as intended this time. Another glitch and some tips: You can skip the button that raises the platform by putting your portals higher and higher on the wall, you can do it and get on top of the grates without dropping the cube. I found this out because I put the button on the cube but missed getting on the platform that raises, and was now stuck without killing the cube, unless I did what I did and glitched up, making the platform not needed. I'd also recomend useing some lighting to highlight what your supposed to do, I might have looked harder if I hadnt glitched it the first time but lighting up panels might help anyway. Great mechanic great map! #F4F please! Waterfall plus needs plays and comments!

I liked itbut, well, its got a major glitch that needs fixing. I wasnt sure till I read the comments but yeah I glitched it, only used about a third of whats in the map. I went through the fizzler, popped a portal into the floor in the first area, then portaled to it grabbed the cube and went back. Then went through the fizzler up into the beam room, portaled out which picked up the cube into blocking the lazer and went through, popped another portal to the end button and tossed the cube up and was done. Didnt use the acid pits or tunnel with the red fields. Make the floor in the main room non portalable and your all set. Dont read the spoiler and just play the map! #F4F please! Waterfall plus is long, fun, and needs comments!

I really enjoyed this map. My latest map also used the mechanic of holding a cube on the other side of a grating, so it was kind of fun to see another map doing it. I liked how you teach the player the mechanic in a simple way before making them use it in more complex ways.

Thanks for the 2 cents. though I got some cool ideas that are hard to implement with the stuff this editor offers.

Actually smaller trenches would give too much away. I didn't even read the description and that gave me a couple of minutes of nice contemplating about the meaning of all this. Very satisfying when you suddenly realize what has to be done.

thanks, i wish I could make smaller (about cube size) trenches though

Neat elaboration on an easily forgotten mechanic; great stuff!
