Flexible Mining

Description
For now, I am done with Banished, and by extention, modding for it. I have posted the source code to the Nexus, look under 'Files' and "Miscellaneous' if you follow the link in the 'Source Files' section below.

For the sake of clarity, here is the new description of what this mod:

In vanilla banished you can extract coal and iron from mines and stone from quarries. This mod changes that by allowing you to also gather stone from mines as well as coal and iron from quarries. You can still build both, and as per vanilla behavior, you can still only gather one resource at a time per building.

I'm tempted to jusy post something snarrky and leave it as it. But just for you, I will update the description. Does this mod even still work? I don't know, I expected a version change to have perhaps borked it by now.

so it makes quarries and mines the same thing, but keep and allow for building of both, more or less, and just lets you pick what you wanna mine from it? cause that makes far more sense as a description

It's right there in the description...



This mod makes mines and quarries more flexible by allowing you to choose to extract Iron, Coal, or Stone from the mine and quarry.

No other changes have been made.

Due to the modular nature of mods as being self-contained changes that don't overwrite anything permanently. It's more likely something went wrong with installation. I would recommend you backup your game-saves (just to be safe, but they should be left behind). Delete your local game content (make sure everything in the folder is deleted). Then reinstall the game and all mods you need for your game saves.

This Mod Broke My Copy, I unsubscribed And It Still Opens And Closes The Launch Screen Over And Over Again, Please Help
