A tiny invisible mod to make natural skill degradation half as potent.

Compatible with existing saves; you should restart the game after enabling the mod in mod menu.

@Detective Caveman: you have indeed misunderstood vanilla behavior. Skill degradation happens for all skills at levels 10 to 20, inclusive, with higher levels degrading faster.

I was given to understand that skill degredation stops naturally at level 20, but I just caught one of my pawns dropping from 20 to 19. I'm using the 50% version of this mod. Did that futz something up, or have I misunderstood the vanilla behavior?

Although, it was brought to my attention that it might be broken at the moment. An update just to make sure incoming, in an hour or two.

Added instructions on how to fix old saves not being correctly injected with the mod.
