Description
Adds new upgradeable storage solutions based around the concept of "quantum stockpiles"; those of you familiar with Dwarf Fortress likely already know what it does.

Features:
Quantum stockpile: placed in stockpile zones, draws items (or chunks, if researched) from adjacent spaces onto itself, storing more than one stack of items in a given space.
Quantum warehouse: placed in stockpile zones, networks all of the zone's quantum storage devices to act as one; also acts like a quantum stockpile.
Quantum relay: free-standing structure, connects to any quantum warehouse anywhere in the colony to transfer items and chunks to and from said warehouse.
Detailed explanation of exact mechanics can be found in the research project descriptions.

@101=5, bryan=5 Here is a link to a youtube video that does a pretty decent job of taking a look at this mod and how it works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QkbuX_BzPiQ&t=906s

@101=5, bryan=5: What am I supposed to say to that?
101=5, bryan=5 Mar 19 @ 12:09pm
confused about qs warehouses and it "networks"

@Truthowl: Correct; trade beacons for orbital trade work as expected as well - any item within range, on QS or not, is available for trading.
Truthowl Mar 10 @ 7:12am
Thank you. One last question, please. How about trading? Trade ships and trade caravans, I mean. I'm guessing if our settlers can access all items then all items should also be added to the trade screens?
Ratysz  [author] Mar 10 @ 3:13am
@Truthowl: Once the QS tile fills up to capacity colonists will continue placing items on the tiles surrounding QS, so total stacks stored are 3x3 (normal stockpile) -1 (occupied by QS) +4 (QS capacity) = 12 stacks. Not to mention that there are upgrades to store more stacks on QS.

Yes, colonists can access any and all items stored on and around QS, and the resource counter in top left displays correct numbers.
Truthowl Mar 8 @ 6:10am
I must be missing something. Take a small Quantum Stockpile(QS) for example. It pulls items onto itself from adjacent tiles. So it covers a 3x3 area, for a total of 9 tiles. If the QS only holds 4 stacks of items, thats five less than the nine tiles individually. Does the QS ever place a stack on the tiles next to the QS? Will it use those other 8 squares around itself as additional multi-stack tiles once the center tile is filled to capacity? Also, if a QS has multiple items stacked, say bricks of granite, marble and limestone, with granite topmost. Can my settlers grab the marble underneath the granite?

Yes! That is very much a very good idea. I will do that.

@Red Toxon: if you're already using that mod and an error like this shows up then it's an oversight in the mod. Report this on it's page.
Red Toxon Feb 8 @ 1:47am
Thank you for explaining the error. tbh, I know nothing about what any of these error codes mean, so I'm very happy it's just that and nothing actually game breaking (I actually already use the old style research menu mod just for the "too many mods" issue :V )

So, thank you again, very helpful! Have a good one.
