Try out my take on this type of map. Credits to D.W for the idea/style. I really liked this map so I made my own version using a cube instead. I also included a way of re-delivering the cube to the chamber you are in, should it get destroyed.

Too bad there's no edgeless safetly companion cube model. Nice chamber.

Good chamber. Well paced. A little easy, but still very well thought out.

Oh you can bet that just about every map I make will have a similar video to go with it. I may have an new one up today. We'll see.

I think I may try to fix that Laser field issue with this map as well. I came up with a solution that would also act as an alterative solution to that room.

Yeah I know what you mean, had a play in it and what you make always ends up way bigger than you expect when you enter the game to give it a whirl. Also I really liked the video walkthrough you posted, I wish more people did this. In fact you're the only person I've come across that has done it. I found the lighting fine, wasn't over the top, noticed you mentioned it near the start of the video. Anyway, hope you make more, enjoyed this one.

Thanks for the comments! I understand what you guys mean about the first two rooms being a bit large. Getting the sense of scale in the editor is still a bit wonky.
Also, Teaf, I don't think those are cheese so much as creative solutions! Thanks for pointing them out though. I really appreciate it!

You can cheese the first two rooms, see: http://youtu.be/NUt0WYTp8Z8

Map was in general quite nice and it had some nice touches, most of which Zeebaas covered such as the one ball for the entire map thing, so I won't reiterate them all. The first two rooms were overly big and could be shrunk way down.

Very nice map. Puzzles weren't too difficult and I liked that you had to use the sphere throughut the entire map. Though I'd recommend trimming away elements that aren't necessary to the puzzle. Especialy in the area with the speed gel it can be really distracting. Also it's possible to get stuck outside the laserfield after the speed gel part which means you'd have to start over.
