From the Diary of Edgar Allan Poe - April 15th, 1829

Although it is a bit tedious at times, I have developed a knack for designing these test chambers. In fact the president of the company, Cave Johnson, happened by while I was designing my latest chamber and was quite impressed.

It was a small map with several faith plates and a timing mechanic that ended in a devious momentum jump. Master Johnson was so taken aback by it he decided I should be the lead designer of all Section #88312 Sub-part A Division 12 ½.

NIce map! Actually, once I figured out what needed to be done, the timing was not that bad. However I disovered that if I did not place last portal in the fling while in the air, I would not fly up to the platform. That is, if both portals for the fling were created in advance, there was not enough momentum. Bug? I don't think I have seen this before. Anyway, thanks!

Perfect timing skillz puzzle. Didn't even try to finish, just not my kind of puzzle. Nice design though.

Hi there. Me again.

I felt a bit like 8-Bit64, about the timing and execution of the puzzle.
I also think that the most glaring misconception here is that it is very hard (if not impossible) to leave the orange funnels without dying, especially if you are near the top. I died 3 times due to this. First while exploring the map, second, to be sure I could rant about it (xD) and third, accidentally, when I stepped on the cube's faith plate unintentionally.

Besides that, I have nothing else to point my finger at. I did manage to avoid part of the timing by pressing the button multiple times and waiting for the cubes to position themselves , only then I would use my own faith plate to fly to the target.

This is a fairly simple map, but I did enjoy myself (if you cut out the half a dozen times I died xD). The criss-cross of the cubes' path is unexpected and fun.

That was honestly really good, being dumped and turning into robot food. What's funny though is that I saw, the cubes the second time that I dawned. Meaning I died twice before, I understood how to get to the door.

8-bit64, thanks for the honest feedback and suggestions. I will revise to make it easier to get back from other faith plates. That was definitely an over-site on my part. I have added you Dichotomy map to my queue and will post feedback as soon as I get a chance to play it. Thanks again.
