Loved the cube-pushing chamber! Jumped over already with cube, so no need to go back. The towers were too easy, but - hey, first chamber ... respekt! #F4F
I just re-tested, to see your updates.
your update to stop exploit, by adding piston works great.
adding the fizzler, makes the objective clearer.
I took a screenshot of what I think is the final intended solution.

Joe Beans one of your maps is on my list, i look forward to playing it.
the button to spawn the safety sphere, you can jump up & throw the cube onto it,
then retrieve the cube without the stairs.perhaps higher it & put extra stairs there.
to stop exploit. (I then did it properly using stairs).
going to the other chamber.
before I realised the fling solution, I tried going just other side of laser field.
moving reflector cube with funel, to use funel in angled panel when down,
for moving cube across & dropping on button.
thinking this would do something to aid me crossing there.
you could put a fizzler between these 2 areas, that the player could turn off when there with a pedestal button, then portal back for the cube. (if you wan't. you map, your choice) :)
map looked great & so were the other challenges.
