Difficult and unconventional, one will need to learn fast to make any progress here.

The first half is the most elegantly designed level I've played in Portal and that goes for the main game as well. It was a true test of intelligence.

The second half was nothing but a test of my patience. It was obvious, repetitive and boring. Download and solve this anyway, it's still one of the most brilliant test chambers I've played. I'm looking forward to playing the next test

The first area was great, 2nd area was just mean, especially not knowing that you need the sphere to exit.

Thank goodness for autosave...didn't like the surprise zinger at the end with the round ball...having to go back for it. Surprises like that are not as much fun as you might think... Otherwise some neat elements, very pretty lighting, and tough sequencing puzzles. Thumbs up.

Solid first room - enjoyed it.

Second room was obnoxious and annoying more than fun or interesting. Besides the shallowness of the turrets, the tiny sliver of window at the end the player has to hit is about the dumbest "challenge" I've ever seen.

Think i'll go make a box with no lights in it and have the player find the door. That'll have about the same brilliance.

nice map. and thanks for having good auto-save. I died from one of the turrets in last room after almost completing everything and was happy I didn't have to do everything over again

I set sv_cheats to 0 as well, and found out I had extreme agony from not being able to burn turrets thanks to not being able to place portals on moving surfaces (there is a script that Valve used in one of their maps to avoid having to use cheats in the first place). I'm in agreement with the comment below: let us know why cheats were turned on!

I reflexively set sv_cheats 0 at the beginning of this map after the notice appeared that it was enabled. I think there should be a note in the description that it's intended and required for the map to function normally, since I couldn't do everything I needed to with sv_cheats off (namely putting portals on the rotating pillars).

Fun map, though, once I managed to make sense of it.
