Description
For some reason nobody else has done this, so I take on the responsibility. This adds in the Afflicted as a playable race. Their skills are primarily focused on a spellsword build, and they have 25% disease and poison resistance and once per day can use a powerful acid vomit attack.

Notes:
Males cannot change their hair, facial hair or eyes.

If you change your complexion from the base one, you lose the unique Afflicted facial style, removing the patches of discoloration.

Their skills are 10 Alteration. and 5 One Handed, Heavy Armor, Destruction, Restoration and Conjuration.

To Do:
Make the Vile Vapors power scale with level so it isn't overpowered at low levels or underpowered at high ones.

Fix general bugs.

Do they have the ability to be a vampire and feed? Some custom races don't allow that.
