Frozen fang is actually frozen now :D so this snow extion was planned all along to extend to that mountain!

Great! I lost my very first base to the snow biom and had to leave the area because of the cold. My second base is located in the area of the snow extension. Maybe I will loose both bases to terrain changes. AND I have a newer third base in what becomes the redwood biom with all the terrain changes. Really great! Argh.

looking at this i think this is on the east beach the one on the ending of the trench. The one showing is Fang Mountain? There is a player who has a water pen there? not good. But i will have to cross reference that mountain if im right.

I have built in the snow area already there... I love it, & it takes more skill to survive there. It is great that the snow area is being extended... Great job ARK...

i have to agree, it looks nice but this spot is also where i build as that water area is so amazing with the rock in the middle and plants and fish it was a great job done, i found this spot to be one of the 2nd best spots on the map with the view and now it will change to white rocks and a freezing land that only 1% of the players will ever build. the current ice area is nice and happy it make the game but no1 really builds there as its way to cold and annoying and now you have just increased that and now we have less space to build in and hunt :(

personaly i dont like it its to close to where i usaly build in ark and now it just takes away one of my favorite spots R.I.P. Ark

do you think there will be a re-make of the icebergs as well?

Lol I like the way they put the ice floating into shore, that always makes such a mess, but is never shown in games for some reason.
