No, it's no problem.
Just give this mod a higher priority in the ingame mod manager. :)

Thanks, glad you like them. :)

The beach beeing placed around water terrains automatically is a setting in the games dat file where the game content is organized. For now I never did a mod that altered this specific setting.
(And won't in the near future, for they aren't officially supported right now and therefore can only be used with manual maintenance.)
I did mods that replaced the beach terrain with others though - so they will look like no beach is placed while actually the beach is placed but looks like the surrounding terrain. In addition since FE there are alternate water terrains, that don't add beach officially. But they are only present on maps that are designed that way.

As you see the their is a dirt/sand shore line between the grass and water, naturally. but you made a mod - below - which also has this effect. i can't recall where but heard you had a way of getting rid of it. i may be wrong.
But if there is a way of doing it could you apply it to the mod below. i think it would look nice to have the grass run right to the edge of the waterline, and then perhaps only apply the sand/dirt to the vertical of the shore wall, or mabe a bit of shadow to show the drop off into the water.
Ozhara's Coastline Replacement is the name of the mod. And it looks brilliant http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=165444645&searchtext=coastline
You mean a replacement for the beach terrain?
The only mod that I could think of is my rock&beach mod, I published after the FE release for the new beach placement options FE provided...
