Description
Europa Perdita is an overhaul for Total War: Attila, aiming to provide in-depth gameplay with a host of changes and additions, bringing the epic scale of campaigns, the complexity of governments, the role of religions, and the horror of battles to your experience (that last part's still a WIP :P). Currently, the mod includes only campaign features, but there's more to come in the future...

This release is version 0.4 of EP. There are too many features to list here, but for more details, go to our TWC forums at: http://www.twcenter.net/forums/forumdisplay.php?190-Europa-Perdita

Compability: Europa Perdita is not compatible with any other mods that change the startpos, and may not be compatible with other mods that change campaign features. EP Is not compatible with other mods that change lua scripts. Do not use any of my other mods alongside EP (except Parthian Shot, that one's okay) - most are already included. Also, EP requires a new campaign.

However, since the recent update of Fall of the Eagles, FotE should be (mostly) compatible with EP. The separate FotE-compatible version of EP should no longer be necessary. The EP team is working in partnership with FotE to increase compatibility between the two mods. Hm, I guess it does say that on the forum. I haven't updated that post in ages. We're not looking for anyone at the moment, and we've heavily scaled back our original plans.

I'll look into the edicts in AoC. Could be they need some adjustment.

Just recently installed the game again to because I wanted to play AoC again - it is pretty much unplayable with this mod. Most features in this mod are actually pretty cool but edicts are so utterly useless now - either they cause instant famines or slow down research to a point where I could just not care about it at all.

I enjoy this mod for the most part but some desicions baffle me, why do sanitation buldings decrease Christianity? Why??? The edicts, they are mostly useless, they have way too many cons, most of the time I just do not use them cause they always have a huge price for a small benefit. The mechanic is pretty much neutered.

The new version will be mostly bugfixes and rebalancing. Expect it sometime in October.
