Enhanced Zoom Continued

DoF usage instructions

It is strongly recommended not to use Depth of Field effects with this mod.
However if you need that effect the mod will allow you to adjust DoF parameters.
This will work for both regular and legacy DoF.

Key shortcuts
CTRL+F will decrease blur area (legacy) OR increase focal size(regular)
CTRL+SHIFT+F will increase focal lenght(regular)
CTRL+G will increase blur area (legacy) OR decrease focal size(regular)
CTRL+SHIFT+G will decrease focal length(regular)

DoF effect will be disabled automatically in FPS/vehicle/citizen camera mode.

Continuation of Enhanced Zoom mod by hyperdrive_engage.
All credit goes to hyperdrive_engage for creating this mod.
Special thanks to tony56a, for pointing out the ImageEffects stuff!

Link to the original mod

I've added github source so that this mod can be more easily update, as I'm not really an expert for CSL, Unity or C#.
So if you have suggestions, fixes etc, github is the place for that.

This mod also uses MIT licenced detour[] code by Sebastian Schöner.

I love this mod

The mod gives you too much DoF, because DoF is calibrated to a specific viewing angle. As you may know Enhanced Zoom allows the player a wider range of the viewing angles. That, coupled with a slight displacement of the actual camera in regard to the controler means you get a completely uncalibrated blur effect, which usually starts before the ground.

Dear author, could you please explain in lay man terms, why the depth of field messes up when using this mod? I'm certainly aware of your warning but wondering why do we have to renunciate from this beautiful featrure?

It's fairly hard to zoom in between tall buildings and/or trees. Try aiming for a wider road, intersection or something like that.
"The manual" is the mod description which 90% of people stop reading right after the word "Decription"

You keep saying RTFM but where is the manual? Is there an URL for it? (If it was on the original "enhanced zoom" mod, that page no longer exists.)
I can't figure out how to zoom all the way to first person, I trigger it accidentally sometimes but normally it won't zoom closer than to the rooftops.

looks like there's need for a companion mod Enhanced CommonSense
