Description
--This Mod makes all Policies have 500% Powers. (without units (like worker and colonists) But contain Great person)
--Some data may be invalid. If you find. Please tell me. I will fix it.

--Warning: I am not modifying any language files.
--If you find the game UI doesn't have any changes. This is not a bug.
--Game and DLC have a lot of Texts with same variable.
--So if I modify them. Maybe it has more mistakes.
--Thank you for your understanding.

--If you want modify multiple. Please find this mod's folder."5Xpolicies.sql" is game data. It has more explains.
--You can use notepad++ or other editor make this.

--If you have any questions or bugs. Please tell me. I will improve it.

Use -99.The Game has something mistakes. So i have modify again.

I modify Mandate of heaven to -99 from Piety tree."X5" is not a good idea . I think it can be solved this problem . I will test modify and keep doing . Thanks for your reports.

In Piety tree, reducing the cost of religious purposes by 20% * 5 = 100%, which then you can't purchase them anymore.
