Server Administration
For creating a dedicated Lobby server, see the guide here.

Admin Management

The following instructions will guide you through adding admins to your server:

  1. Get your 64-bit Steam ID (formatted as 7656119xxxxxxxxxx) at https://steamid.io/lookup
  2. Browse to the Tower Unite game directory, typically found in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Tower Unite.
  3. Linux: Open /Tower/Saved/Config/Linux/TowerServer.ini in your favorite text editor.
  4. Windows: Open /Tower/Saved/Config/Windows/TowerServer.ini in your favorite text editor.
  5. Add the following to TowerServer.ini with your 64-bit Steam ID:
    [Administration] AdminSteamID=<your-steam-id-64-here>
    Example: AdminSteamID=76561197991989781
  6. Add as many AdminSteamID entries as needed, each on their own line.

To verify that you have administrative privileges, create or join your Tower Unite server and click on a player in the scoreboard to view their profile. Moderation options should appear at the bottom of their profile.
