Slower Avatar Project Progression

Description
This mod rebalances the progression speed and total progression needed for the avatar program based on your difficulty.

Blacksite wins now have a range of pip removal. 1-3 for easy, 1-2 for normal, classic and impossible are unchanged at 1 and 2 respectively

DoomMaxValues changed to 30 for easy, 24 for normal, 18 for classic and impossible remains at 12.

Additionally, FacilityDoom on easy only has a 50% chance of adding 1 pip instead of 100%

Works on existing saves. It appears that for some users, this mod permananty changes some files. In order to really uninstall the mod if you have this issue, please go to My Games\XCOM2\XComGame\Config\XComGameData.ini and delete this file and then verify your game files.

Thanks for this. Seems to work. As a new player the avatar project is a bit too stressfull to my liking

Didn't do a damn thing. If anything it seemed to progress faster.
