Version 1.2.4 released!
Version 1.2.0 available now!
A desktop program that runs on Windows 7, 8 and 10. It automatically detects all of your Steam content libraries and what games you have installed. The save back up process happens when you close the game. The game save restoration process happens when the game starts via process reading. So now you can sync game saves across multiple computers, and keep you from losing your game progress.

There is absolutely no setup configuration, everything is automated! This program backups up to your cloud service account. This software is 100% free to use with no limitations. All supported games are added by a remote XML file to prevent frequent updates.

- Windows Vista, 7, 8, 8.1 or 10
- Microsoft .NET Framework v4.5

- Automatically backs up the game save after exiting the game.
- Automatically restores latest game save back up when starting the game.
- Starts on system startup and automatically detects new games installed.
- Can manually backup and restore at any time.
- All saves manageable from cloud storage website.
- No setup required. Just install, adjust preferences if needed.
- 100% free to use.
- New supported game saves added from server, no updates needed.
- Supports multiple Steam Content Libraries.
- Multiple backups with time/date names with maximum setting.
- GoogleDrive, OneDrive and DropBox cloud services supported.

This is an early build and as such will have bugs. Please, report these to me.
If you want a copy to beta test, please let me know!

Games That Need To Be Added

Here is the problem with Steam's backup service: You can't backup all games. This software helps fill that gap. Also this software will backup multiple copies, so you can back up a copy from a year ago, and back up a new copy today and restore them at any point. Steam only restores your current copy automatically.

Also, just because I don't use WPF, doesn't mean I should. I can use WinForm if I want to, there's nothing wrong with that.

but will it be free

This would be great if it supported more than just GDrive for online backup. Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, even a local store or local network drive location would be great. Also, porting to SteamOS/Linux and Mac OS, and maybe a future version of the program based on a more universal language than .Net. Those would be my "feature requests", and I'd be willing to test those additional features out.

Otherwise, I like the concept behind it. I'll put it on my Win10 machine this weekend.

I think "100% Free" is equal to zero ammount of currency

@Cats Steam does this for some games, not all.

@pot of Leaves Glad you enjoy using this!

@FoxLeks If you install the software, there's an option to show games supported. But I'll make an link here to show games supported soon.

@Azure Fang I agree, more developers should support Steam Cloud. This program only reads if the process is present on the system and does not inject or write to the processes. So it's safe from any VAC protected programs.

As much as I like this concept (yes, I have rated and followed), it would be more prudent to push developers to implement Steam Cloud, which effectively does exactly what this does. Additionally, I do hope you're looking into getting this VAC whitelisted, as having this popping up and even touching save data while a VAC-enabled process is active could be dangerous.

where you can see a list of games that are supported by this program ?

Destroyer is correct, I've lost saves on a couple of completed games in the past because I reinstalled windows or moved computers.
This program would solve that issue in the future. Thanks, NeWaGe!
