  • 2. Not get scammed or hacked
  • 3. Trade safely

Starting from nothing to knife
Imagine that you have for example Dual Berettas | Cobalt Quartz (Minimal Wear) that costs 0.25€ so you will not expect something big for it obviously, noone will give you things like 0.50€ or bigger things. Just go step by step.
Step 1: prices
When you go to the steam market in your web browser, go to the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive section, and sort it by the lowest price. In the link you will have writen (p1_price_asc) and all you have to do is change the number (p4_price_asc) and find by the number, the price of the item you want. If you raise the number, you will raise the price. I recommend at the low prices (0€ - 10€) to trade for low prices, for example you can profit 0.20€. Nothing much, but you will be at ''higher level''. In higher prices you can try trading for example 0.50€ or 1€ but there's a very low chance someone will give you that ''big'' amount.

Step 2: buyers
You will need to find a buyer yourself (very hard method) or find a website (much easier). I prefer {LINK REMOVED}. You will just sign in through Steam, click on search, write in the name of the item you want to trade and send as more invitations and trade offers as much as you can. Than just wait till someone accept your offer or try to find another item and try to send offers for that. If you want, you can add a trade. Than just wait till someone offers you. Isn't it easy?

Step 3: bad weapons
WARNING, READ CAREFULLY! Try to avoid the souvenirs, stattraks and items with very small amount of sellings (This doesn't have to do anything with knives! On the market are many knives, that they'r selling is at lowest amount.) Souvenirs I can't really recommend, because you can profit or lost with them. But nobody really want's souvenirs. StatTraks aren't really that bad, but I prefer normal quality items. There are people, they don't want StatTraks, and there are many of them.

How to not get scammed or hacked
Step 1: links
Never click at the links you don't know from strangers or from friends, they have could been hacked or got a virus. Or they might be familiar links, but there's always something that's in it. Like this: steancurruinity.com. Those links are mostly from bots, but you can get a message like this: Check my offer dude, easy skins! (LINK) or I've got an offer from you screenshotted, there it is (LINK). Always firstly ask if you can click at it, if it's a friend and writes ''No, it's a virus!'' you probably know, what to (not to) do. If the ''guy'' not respond, you will know, it's a bot. There is still a chance ''the guy'' will send you a strange link, you ask him if you can trust him and he replies ''Sure, it's a good offer for you'' or something like that. Than the guy just want you to be scammed or hacked and the website can be full of viruses or keyloggers.

Step 2: ip adress
For example, you want to go play one CS:GO matchmaking and your friends don't want to go with you. One guy will invite you to the lobby and he wants you to join their TeamSpeak3 server. They will send you the ip adress and you will join. But there isn't something normal. Oh yes, the message that pops out. The message says, you have old client version, install the new one. You will click to the link and what? You've got hacked or scammed. Congratulations.

Step 3: paypal or paysafecard
One guy will add and he says, he want to buy your item for real money (95% scam). He will tell you to give him your item and than he will send you the paypal money or paysafeard code. Seems legit, but there's something bad. You will give him the item and what next? You got blocked and unfiended. Congratulations.

How to trade safely
Step 1: private profiles or 0-1 steam level acounts
I don't recommend to trade with private profiles, they might be scammers (80%). If he have public inventory, you can send him a trade offer. If they have very low level, it can be a new profile. There I recommend to check their inventory. If they don't have nothing there, you will they are scammers.

Step 2: Trade Bans or Trade Probation
People who actually got ''Trade Banned'' were probably scamming (85%) or they got banned for too many reports and they are innocent. I really not recommend adding people with trade bans. People with Trade Probation were reported so many times and they might be scamming too. Not recommended to add them.

Step 3: VAC Bans
VAC Bans really don't have nothing with trading, they are for cheating in games. You don't have to be afraid of people with VAC bans, but i don't recommend adding them. Just to be in safe.
