Wintertide is an team oriented action-multiplayer survival game that uses a first-person perspective. Players traverse across post-apocalyptic towns and lakeside cabins in the Rocky Mountains, surviving against freezing temperatures, hostile wildlife and a continuously changing hazardous environment. Players use firearms, improvised weapons and stealth in attempts to protect themselves against opposing players and hunger crazed animals. Wintertide offers a unique reincarnation feature that allows players to return from the dead as certain wildlife, dependent on their survival score at the end of their life.

Survivors Vs Scavengers is Wintertides first game-mode and is a 5 vs 5 survival team death-match

Keep your warmth, hydration, food and hit-points over 0 - Simple as that.

Hunt them, run from them, be one with them!

Share resources and Items, protect each other, plan your tactics to outsmart the opponents.

Avoid stumbling at cliffs, thin ice, standing below falling icicles or wading through freezing rivers.

Collect a wide variety of basic resources to craft essentials, Equip rare Gear to improve your survivability, use special loot to bring your foes in trouble.

If you are lucky enough to find and repair that old snowmobile or atv, you might just have some vehicular fun until your fuel runs dry.

YOU ARE DEAD ! These words no longer mean game over, use your survival points to reincarnate as certain wildlife. Continue the hunt to aid your team, or make them your dinner.
