Prominent Faction Leaders

Description
This mod features new campaign mechanics for faction leaders.

Placing a faction leader in a capital either as a general or statesmen will lead to varied effects as he uses his influence to manage internal politics. Those effects can be either positive or negative global effects based on his traits .You can check the effects after placing the faction leader in your capital by checking the faction summary screen.

The death of your faction leader will lead to a short period of political instability.

In addition every faction leader on the campaign map is now easily recognizable by an icon attached to him.

This feature is part of Divide et Impera for a long time already and we are currently gearing up for the release of Divide et Impera 1.1.

Divide et Impera features a ton of unique mechanics.
Check it out here[www.twcenter.net].

The mod is based on lua scripting. It is compatible with every mod not altering the scripting.lua. It is not compatible with splenyis campaign camera mod. However you can use the mod friendly version.

Feel free to post comments and leave feedback.

Hello, could you please update your mod to work with the latest patch? Thank you

Litharion: Are you going to create this mod for Attila?
BenVenom Jul 12, 2017 @ 2:46pm
Gnaeus Uninventive Ignoramus: It looks like class is still in session. I'll settle for policing your grammar and logic at this point! Funny thing is, you are doing just what you are criticizing me for. By your logic, you should be crapping on yourself .Your lack of self-awareness is amusing. Go back and read Stylax's comments. That was not constructive criticism. It was not feedback to help the future of the mod, period. So you can stop with all that 'censoring feedback' nonsense that you accused me of. I'm not saying it was grossly disrepectful; but it was a slick little jab at Litharion (who is a respected TW modder). I'm a fan of Litharion's work, so I spoke up. I was reminding Stylax that he was a consumer and shouldn't get mad at the modder if they don't take him up on his suggestion. Anyways, I hope I've made myself abundantly clear since it seems that you have reading comprehension issues. Again, class dismissed (quite copting me).

BenVenom: How about you not policing the comments section. This feedback should be made aware to the Author. Yeah we love the modding community and while a little crude, Stylax comment didnt seems snide or toxic or mean any disrespect. But you heading into a rant is overkill and unecessary...It screams "Look at me, Look at me I defend Modders!!". Sometimes Modders cannot get the correct feedback cause people like you silence the critics trying to give thier opinions how they can improve and rate the mod. He never mentioned half the things your griping about. Im sure the author is wearing his big girl panties to take the critism. Leave that up to the Author to moderate his own modding comments section. ITS A COMMENTS SECTION. Meant for feedback, not for you to critque. Class Dismissed.

Stylax: Keep your snide comments to yourself. Make your own mod if you don't like it. Word to the wise; show more respect if you want something changed in a mod. Never forget: you are the beggar in this situation. Merely a consumer. A customer. And one that doesen't pay money for the product at that. Nothing in the description indicates that this was supposed to be some blockbuster mod. Class dimissed.

Litharion: I really liked this subtle little mod in DeI and was pleased to find a standalone version. Also, your POR mod is brilliant. Thanks!

Stylax Jan 12, 2017 @ 3:18pm
If you mean as in not noticeable it's doing just that.
Litharion  [author] Jan 12, 2017 @ 6:53am
it is not meant to have a huge impact.
