Just like so many other games that have come out after Portal, it's hard to live up to that. I'd say it has some potential, but it really needs to be WAY more polished than the trailer. Puzzles are great, but you have to have some truly great ambience to make them better... again, Portal. User made levels that are great puzzles get many more comments, votes, etc when someone redoes them in hammer or even BEEmod. Atmosphere.
Having so many things available, even though the player has a budget, makes it seem like you could truly "break" the puzzles. Granted, I have not, nor, seen how any of this works.
Bottom line. I am interested, but I'd have to playtest at least 30 minutes worth.
Yes, I understand this is not a AAA game or anything, but I would just like to at least test it in whatever stage it's in and have more details of the vision of the game.
BEST WISHES!
