I wouldn't blame it all on ADD. Contraption Maker tends to treat the Workshop as a "behind-the-scenes" thing than anything. To give you an idea how it works differently, when I submit a map for the Portal 2 Workshop, after successful publication, it opens up the Steam overlay browser with the link to the Workshop entry just submitted. Contraption Maker doesn't do this.

Yeah chalk that up too me forgetting all about it, downside to A.D.D

If it is for achievements, you can delete this and still keep the achievement.

Technically, you can dispose anything. There is no way for the goal to be enforced, at least not yet. I have given one of the programmers of Contraption Maker an idea for a "must be disposed by" goal setting, just like there is a "must be inside of" goal setting. If it does make it as a feature, you will have to edit this puzzle, but this time, set the part count to two and dispose a pre-placed bowling ball.
