This collection contains a variety of resources including default buildings and custom buildings created by the community, which have been heavily modified by me. I've tried to include the best custom 3D models available on the workshop while also considering file size and triangle counts.
The primary goal of this collection is to add as much variety as possible while maintaining high frame rates and reasonably fast load times. The other purpose of this collection is to help a new user get started with CS without having to spend hours researching mods and custom assets on the Workshop.
The growable buildings in these collections all use Variable Props, which means different props and trees will appear each time the building grows. This will significantly increase the variety of buildings in your city while minimizing impact on frame rates and load times.
The ploppable buildings (power plants, sports fields, garbage incinerators, etc) in these collections have heavily modified statistics to ensure they will work together in a realistic manner. I have gone to a lot of effort to make the statistics both realistic and challenging. I do not include any "cheat" buildings. Instead, the buildings in these collections will create additional challenges for the player, and also tend to be more expensive than the default buildings. Do you want to use a building that is cheap to building and creates a lot of pollution? Or do you want to use a building that is more expensive and creates less pollution? These are the types of decisions you will have to make when using the buildings in these collections.
Most of the props and trees used by each building are default. However, I am also pulling from a collection of frame-rate/memory friendly props and trees, which you can subscribe to using the link below. Updates 12/22 - Added Better Industry Forestry Expansion
11/29 - Added population milestone requirements to all of the Better Power Plants. Reworked most of the statistics for the Better Power Plants using some new and improved equations.
11/25 - Better Schools building collection added. I also figured out how to change/add population milestone requirements to an existing asset, so I will be going back and updating my existing assets with Milestones.
11/09 - Better Garbage buildings collection added. I still have two more which I will add shortly.

10/25 - Better Tennis Courts collection added. - Moved Parking Lots and Garages to their own toolbar under Public Transportation. - Moved sports fields from Parks menu to Tourism and Leisure toolbar under Parks. - Moved sports stadiums to the Tourism and Leisure toolbar under Unique Buildings.
