This game is an unfinished work in progress.

The game is coming together nicely. The open world city is finished and all thats left is some interior mapping and implementing the finished story into the game. The game's concept is the result of various polls I ran for the Groupees community.
Poll results were:
1) Set in the future. I've set it in a sort of dystopian post-post-apocalypse. The world has rebuilt, but its not entirely the same. Paradise Island used to be a utopian vacation spot, now the surrounding ocean is gone and its surrounded by dry dead land. Corporations have as much if not more power than the budding government. As a result of this, many of the things that used to be illegal are fair game now. Debauchery thrives.
2) You play as the villain, a scientist, slipping deeper into madness.
3) No combat, story driven. The game is going to be driven by player choice with many different endings.
