Description
NOTE: this mod's functionality was integrated into vanilla game. Currently. it produces duplicate prefab errors, they are harmless, it simply means that both this mod an vanilla are trying to load same building twice. To load European growables & ploppables in vanilla for other biomes or vice versa you must enable stock 'European / Vanilla' style in Content Maneger. This mod is currently only needed as Winter Buildings Unlocker dependency!

This mod does what its name says: it unlocks European ploppable buildings for all environments (+vice versa)

It brings European landmarks, parks and services to Boreal, Tropical, Temperate and Winter maps and International services to European maps. If you want Euro landmarks to be unlocked for building from beginning use my Unlock All + Wonders & Landmarks mod. If you want to bring Winter landmarks and parks to other biomes, use my Winter Buildings Unlocker.

The mod should be 100% compatible with all other mods and it may be used with new or loaded games. If you have any troubles running NoPillars mod with EuropeanBuildingsUnlocker or with C:S v1.1+ check out my fixed version of it.

This mod changes level loading process so please backup your current city before using it.
This mod won't break your save games if you disable it. But all non-native vanilla buildings will just vanish from your city on the next load if the mod is disabled.

This mod uses awesome detours C# library[github.com] by cope. Without it, this mod would've been impossible to make.

Fixed: Updated for C:S 1.6.0.
Changed: This mod now only handles ploppables, even in European environment! :)

@manu Just enable vanilla 'European' style in Content Manager and you will get those landmarks. I wouldn't deprecate a mod for no reason.

So @BloodyPenguin, humble request, please do not depreciate this mod unless we bring the following functionality to either Winter Buildings Unlocker mod or to some different mod.

@BloodyPenguin, @UguuDoki , just a quick note that this mod is very much essential as it unlocks Cinema, Hypermarket, Department Store and so on which are European building not being unlocked / offered by vanilla game or any other mods other than this one. So unless we bring this behavior to a different / independent mode, this is very much an essential mod. These are available part of Landmarks.

Yes chad i've encountered removng things like citizens like the hippy male and the blue collar worker from dreisden so vice city male citizen and kliekies young adult blond singlet male could be visible but they are back again in teh game and wont disappear even when i delete cache and cookies in settings. Even switching penguins diverse citizen mod on and off wouldnt get the vice city male to appear. Maybe we shoul;d just unsubscribe and resubscribe this euro mod? Ive also noticed that when saving, my preview pic turns to blue but maybe thats to do with force 3d39 direct x 9 of graphic card i had added on the shortcut so graphics card will work better?

I encountered an issue with disabling this (and the Winter unlocker) after the Green Cities patch: when starting a new city, my unlocked unique buildings are locked again. Old saves continue to have everything I unlocked available, though. When I re-enable the mods and start a new city, everything that should be unlocked is unlocked again. Has anyone else run into that?

@UguuDoki Just one addition: I will make Winter Buildings Unlocker an independent mod and will completely disable this European Buildings Unlocker's functionality. I usually just remove mods from workshop, but this has 140K subscribers so I'll leave it as a showcase mod :)
