Fhurst Peaks Correctional Series Map

Before anyone complains. Yes, I know this has been done before.
This is my take on the Fhurst Peaks Correctional Facility from The Escapists. This is both as accurate as possible whilst still being fully functional without any elephant in the room type addons. Everything is correct, from scaling to tiles. There are others maps as this, as said, however this (for the most part) combines what each had to offer.
