Report a translation problem
It's usually the first place i look when in need of info or fixes for most games.
Also, a note, this trick will work in almost all Quake 3 engine games.
The other option is to edit the cfg file to have your resolution as the default, that generally works a treat as well.
Sadly there's limits to both options. (fov gets wonky, shots don't line up properly that kinda thing)
I assumed people knew this trick and now I'm annoyed I didn't post it haha
